Generating Reports

Reports

Images, Slices and Convergence Plots can be organized into a downloadable report. The reports feature is accessible by clicking on Reports in the left navigation. You will need to work with a TotalSim Software Developer to have your company's powerpoint template uploaded.

Importing Report Templates

Report templates can be imported from other Projects. Click on Import Report, select the Program and Project, and then select the name of the template you want to import.

Images/Slices

  • Click on New Images/Slices Slides Report
  • Enter a name
  • Click on the name you just entered under the Images/Slices section
  • Click Create Slide
  • Choose between 2x2, 1x2, 2x3, 1x3, or 1x1
  • Click on any Select Image

Images

  • Select Image
  • Select Run in the dropdown box
  • Select Variable
  • Select View

Movies

  • Select Slices
  • Select Run in the dropdown box
  • Select Direction
  • Select Variable
  • Input Slice Number. The x-, y-, and z-direction position of the slice can be found in the bottom right corner of the slice image.

Duplicating Slides

Creating different slides with the same images/views for different runs is very simple.

  • Click on Duplicate Slide
  • Click on Select All Images

From there, you can change the RUN # for each image

Saving/Downloading PowerPoint

  • Click on Save
  • In the Powerpoint Template dropdown menu, select template
  • Click Download Powerpoint


Convergence Plot

  • Click on New Convergence Plot
  • Enter a name
  • Click on the name you just entered under the Convergence Plot section
  • Select Run in drop down menu or clicking All Runs or use left navigation
  • Select curve in the Select Variable drop down menu
  • Enter Plot Title, x-label, and y-label
  • The image of the curve can be saved by clicking on the floppy disk on the top right corner of the curve image. Saving the image will save the current image, which means if you zoomed into a specific range, it will save that image.
