Comparing with Multiple Runs

Comparing Image and Slices

This feature will allow you to compare images and slices across multiple runs. On the left navigator, select Compare Images/Slices.

Comparing Images

• Select Compare Images.
• Select runs by either selecting runs from the dropdown arrow, searching in the search box, or using left nav.
• Available variables will appear below. Select the variable.
• Click on one of the selected RUN number. All of the views for that variable will appear.
• Click on the view you would like to compare.
• You can cycle between the selected RUNs for that image by clicking back and forth on the RUN number.

Comparing Slices

• Select Compare Images.
• Select runs by either selecting runs from the dropdown arrow, searching in the search box, or using left nav.
• Available variables will appear below. Select the variable.
• Enter the Slice Number and Select the Slice Direction.
• You can cycle between the selected RUNS for that image by clicking back and forth on the RUN number.
